Qualifications

• Experience in product management for B2B SaaS with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, designers and commercial teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and trade‑offs.
• Data‑driven decision making and stakeholder influence.
• Fluent English and Dutch communication at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Own the Netherlands payroll product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead discovery and work with cross‑functional teams to simplify complex requirements.
• Drive end‑to‑end initiatives from discovery to launch and measurement.
• Align product plans with Sales, CS and Marketing for market adoption.
• Contribute to broader Payroll Tribe and Shine Payroll initiatives.
