Job summary

BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist in the Netherlands, Rotterdam. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from initial contact to resolution, while staying updated on products and policies.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
