BlueView Talent in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will deliver professional, personalized support and help customers with orders, accounts, products, and services.

Join an international team and contribute to smooth customer experiences. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in the Travel field.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience with customer service channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and deliver clear, accurate information.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Stay updated on products, policies and procedures.
