Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join their Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking users, helping with device and app issues and guiding wellness capabilities.

The role requires native Dutch, a valid EU passport, and a willingness to relocate to Sofia. Prior support experience is advantageous, with a competitive salary and full relocation package offered.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passionate interest in fitness and wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for Dutch-speaking clients navigating Fitbit fitness and wellness products.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to wearable devices, synchronization, and mobile application connectivity.
• Educate users on health-tracking features to help them achieve their personal wellness and fitness goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, empathetic, and professional assistance.
• Document and elevate complex technical queries to the appropriate engineering teams within the fitness ecosystem.
• Participate in ongoing product training to stay at the forefront of the latest fitness technology innovations.
• Contribute to the team's success by meeting established performance KPIs within our Sofia-based office.
