Next Job Abroad is hiring Customer Support Consultants to assist users of popular digital apps, mobile wallets, and family streaming accounts. You’ll work in a social, non-technical role requiring Dutch and English fluency and a willingness to relocate abroad.

The role emphasizes friendly, helpful support with chat, email, and phone, and features a 10:00–19:00 Monday-to-Friday shift. Relocation to Sofia is provided with support and training.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch with solid professional English skills.
• Naturally helpful and talkative, good at solving quick puzzles.
• Strong computer skills for live chats, emails, and phone tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist users via chat, email, and phone with non-technical issues.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Adhere to the 10:00–19:00 shift schedule (Mon–Fri).
