Job summary

Spotable is seeking a Field Sales Representative to build and grow the Dutch market. You will be in the field, engaging roofing and façade contractors, demonstrating Spotable’s capabilities, and converting opportunities into active customers.

You will own your territory, travel across the Netherlands, and collaborate with our expansion teams to define strategies that drive adoption and revenue. This role demands initiative and strong customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or business development in construction/tech.
• Willing to travel regularly across the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch; good English for internal collaboration.
• Ambitious and self-driven with territory ownership mindset.
• Ability to explain software in simple, practical terms.
• Structured in territory planning and activity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your region as Spotable’s face in the market.
• Visit Dutch contractors and demonstrate Spotable’s value.
• Convert inbound leads and field events into customers.
• Build a robust pipeline through field activities and outreach.
• Support onboarding and drive active platform usage.
• Represent Spotable at trade shows and distributor events.
• Develop relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.
• Gather market insights on pricing, materials, and needs.
• Collaborate with CRO to shape territory strategy.
• Identify reseller and partner opportunities.
• Own territory, pipeline, and commercial results.
