You will lead seven sales professionals, translate regional and global strategy into a robust country plan, and actively develop key customer relationships and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and sales leadership.
• Experience in project sales with key account management (contractors, distributors).
• Experience with premium/high-brand products and brand positioning.
• Strong leadership, targets ownership and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Dutch market commercial performance and growth.
• Lead and coach a team of 7 sales professionals to build accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and execute the country sales strategy aligned with regional/global objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, architects, designers, contractors, distributors.
• Represent the company in the market and drive new opportunities in existing and new segments.
