Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO in Lisbon, with on-site and remote options within Portugal. A relocation package and flight tickets are provided to help you settle in.

You’ll handle Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, offering practical, friendly support as part of an international team. Training is provided and bonuses are included in monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
