Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll assist Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat as part of a friendly, multinational team, with a full relocation package offered.

On-site or remote work within Portugal, €1,220–€1,500 gross per month, with health insurance, training, and bonuses. Dutch (C1/C2) and good English required; you can be in Portugal or relocate.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English communication.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, in a friendly, helpful manner.
