Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company. This role offers on-site work with remote options within Portugal and includes a full relocation package.

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. The relocation includes flight tickets, accommodation options, and a monthly salary of €1,220–€1,500 gross depending on housing.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
