Job summary

Konnektus bv. in the Randstad area is looking for a Document Controller to join our project teams.

You’ll work closely with project management, procurement, construction and engineering to ensure all documentation meets project and corporate standards and is prepared for final handover. You will maintain a controlled Document Management System (DMS), verify and track project documentation across all phases, check documents against internal and external requirements, attend key project meetings

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe.
• Experienced with Document Management Software.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a controlled, complete Document Management System (DMS).
• Verify and track project documentation across all phases.
• Check documents against internal and external requirements.
• Attend key project meetings and liaise with suppliers & subcontractors.
• Support with transmittals and metadata accuracy in all tools/registers.
