Qualifications

• Seven years of significant commercial experience within Food and Beverage.
• Experience in Customer Development, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Route-to-Market leadership.
• Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, or indirect sales channels within the Food or Beverage industry.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformations, carve-outs, integrations, or market transitions.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-country initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive distributor selection, onboarding, transition, and performance management.
• Coordinate transition planning and TSA management, and market cutover.
• Develop route-to-market strategies for distributor-led geographies.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements development.
• Ensure distributor appointments are completed in line with project timelines and governance.
• Coordinate activities across Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, HR, and local market teams.
• Act as the central point of contact for distributor market activities, facilitating decision-making, and resolving cross-functional issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting distributor market performance or transition activities.
