Manpower Nederland is seeking a Distributor Market Lead to design and govern distributor-led markets. You will ensure alignment with business strategy, drive sustainable growth, and deliver operational excellence and a flawless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of commercial experience within Food & Beverage.
• Experience in Customer Development, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Route-to-Market leadership.
• Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, or indirect sales channels within the Food or Beverage industry.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations, carve-outs, integrations, or market transitions.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-country initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop route-to-market strategies for distributor-led geographies.
• Assess market opportunities and recommend optimal distributor structures.
• Define commercial, operational, and capability requirements for prospective distributors.
• Support contract negotiations and development of commercial agreements.
• Ensure distributor appointments align with project timelines and governance.
