Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Director, Creative Delivery for a 6-8 week contract to lead client programs and multiple projects across research, strategy, design, development, and deployment of web and software products.

You will manage a high-performing team, coach staff, and drive delivery health while maintaining strong client relationships. This role focuses on strategic leadership, program management and profitable outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience in advertising, creative agency, production studio, or related environment.
5+ years of program management experience.
7+ years experience managing an internal team and direct reports.
Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools.

Responsibilities

Define, manage and execute creative projects to maximize client business objectives and profitability.
Establish the creative operating model, communication plans and tools for the program.
Directly manage creative project management team members with mentorship and performance guidance.
Coach team members on best practices and partner to solve client challenges.
Lead development and implementation of standardized creative processes across the Delivery team.
Provide daily status updates for engagements to clients and internal teams.
Balance strategic and operational thinking with strong attention to detail.
Serve as primary point of contact between clients and internal creative teams.
