Partner Company in the Netherlands is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation for a digital storefront across Africa and the Middle East. You will own paid acquisition budgets, develop CRM programs, and lead a high-performing team in a remote-first setup.

You will optimize CAC/ROAS, collaborate with Product and Data teams, and build scalable campaigns through continuous experimentation and precise measurement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth or performance marketing in digital business.
• Proven track record in paid user acquisition at scale with CRM programs.
• Ability to turn quarterly growth strategies into executable plans.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Experience designing experiments, attribution, and unit economics.
• Experience building and leading a growth-oriented team.

Responsabilités

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks.
• Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Manage lifecycle messages via push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Lead ASO initiatives and improve storefront conversions.
• Allocate budgets across channels and markets with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with Data to track attribution and campaign effectiveness.
• Establish a culture of experimentation and creative testing.
• Lead and mentor paid acquisition and creative specialists.
• Translate business objectives into scalable campaigns.
