Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, to shape a new product area focused on helping mobile app developers acquire the right users and grow sustainably. You will own strategy, explore opportunities, and partner with engineering, data, and GTM teams in a remote-first environment.

You will lead discovery, validate hypotheses with lightweight experiments, and drive cross-functional collaboration to build differentiated user acquisition solutions that connect

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product or growth ownership end-to-end.
• Hands-on mobile user acquisition experience and program optimization.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising, attribution, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define the user acquisition strategy and roadmap for the product area.
• Lead zero-to-one development from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with mobile developers to understand workflows and measurement needs.
• Evaluate market opportunities within mobile advertising and analytics.
• Translate insights into focused product bets and experiments.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams on APIs and SDKs.
• Connect acquisition with monetization to improve LTV and ROAS.
• Communicate trade-offs and learnings to senior stakeholders.
• Establish long-term roadmap and measurable impact strategy.
• Build internal domain expertise in mobile UA and attribution.
