Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced programme managers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role involves owning program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting, with a focus on high-quality document and slide craftsmanship.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week or more). Start date is ASAP and compensation is $70/hour. Strong coordination skills and executive-level reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
