Job summary

Valiantys is looking for a Director of Delivery Operations and Workforce Planning to lead the regional Delivery organization across professional and managed services. You will establish the operating model, data discipline, cadence, and cross-functional coordination to make delivery predictable, scalable, and financially healthy.

In this role, you will partner with Delivery, Technical Delivery, Project Management, Engagement, Sales, Finance, and People & Culture to translate regional strategy

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in delivery operations, PMO, resource management, or business operations.
• Deep understanding of professional services and managed services delivery models, incl. project economics and the sales-to-delivery-to-finance lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience building demand, capacity, utilization, and workforce planning processes at regional scale.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes client escalations and recovery plans while balancing outcomes and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the regional delivery KPI framework and governance.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and decision narratives on portfolio health and financials.
• Analyze trends and forecast variance to explain changes and drivers.
• Lead cross-functional interfaces and ownership across Delivery, Sales, Engagement, Finance, and People & Culture.
• Assist in shaping opportunities and commercial decisions with delivery input.
