Job summary

Valcon is seeking a seasoned IT Delivery Manager to lead delivery across infra-focused IT projects and guide diverse, high-performing teams. You will ensure delivery quality, coordinate with clients and executives, and shape impactful IT solutions such as workflows, data platforms, and reports.

You bring 10+ years in consultancy, 5+ years as a delivery lead, and deep infra sector knowledge, with fluency in Dutch and English. A strong business acumen and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

A completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component.
At least 10 years of relevant consultancy experience.
Deep knowledge of Infra Industry (Grid operators, Rail, Water, Aviation).
At least 5 years of experience as a delivery lead in a project environment.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Lead IT project delivery and ensure quality across teams and client orgs.
Define processes and specifications for new IT solutions.
Coordinate with C-level and steering groups for smooth delivery of projects.
