Job summary

CoAd seeks a Sr. Product Operations Manager to drive operational discipline and data-driven product decisions within a fast-growing HCM SaaS environment. You will own sprint cadences, governance, and cross-team collaboration with engineering and product leadership.

You will lead pricing analyses, utilization dashboards, and roadmap synchronization across domains, partnering with Sales, CS, and Support to ensure customer value and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, delivery management, or product management with focus on operational discipline.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product organization’s operating cadence and delivery governance.
• Executive-facing experience presenting delivery status and risks to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the operating model across product domains; establish sprint cadence and governance.
• Partner with engineering on capacity planning and release readiness; manage dependencies.
• Drive roadmap alignment and post-launch analysis to improve delivery discipline.
• Lead execution of cross-functional launches and go-to-market coordination.
• Own data-driven product analysis for pricing, utilization, and profitability.
