Job summary

Repligen seeks a Director of Integrated Solutions Commercial Business Development to lead enterprise-level solution sales across EMEA, reporting to the Senior Director.

This role builds regional GTM and partnerships, drives adoption of bioprocessing workflow solutions, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Proposal Management, Project Management, Service, and Field Applications to deliver differentiated value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or business development experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
• Proven success leading enterprise-level solution sales from opportunity development through contract award.
• Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations and GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Identify and close complex solution-based opportunities that expand deal scope and revenue.
• Build relationships with customer executives and key decision-makers.
