Job summary

Aviva Investors in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the regional Institutional Sales effort across Benelux and Nordics. You will help execute the EMEA Institutional Sales strategy, develop actionable plans, and drive growth of assets under management.

You will build relationships with top investors, collaborate with internal teams, and represent Aviva Investors at conferences and events.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of institutional investor needs across pensions, insurance companies and other institutional segments.
Proven sales experience across private and public markets.
Strong knowledge of sustainable and impact investing and aligning solutions to client objectives.
Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with track record of building relationships and revenue growth.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Execute EMEA Institutional Sales strategy and develop regional sales plans.
Lead growth of assets under management and net revenue for the region.
Support and lead client pitches and represent Aviva Investors at events.
Maintain and enhance existing client relationships using CRM and internal resources.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales colleagues across locations.
