• Senior-level track record in originating and executing mid-market M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to lead and grow a team within advisory services.
• Extensive network with corporate decision-makers, private equity, and investors.
• Experience across multiple sectors; entrepreneurial and hands-on with deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the Netherlands.
• Originate and execute mid-market M&A transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, investors and corporate clients.
• Lead transactions from engagement to closing.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing advisory team.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on cross-border opportunities.
