Job summary

EPAM Advisory in the Netherlands seeks a Director who will own senior client relationships with CTO/CDO/CMO/COO level executives and lead large engagements across omnichannel commerce, AI and data strategy, and ERP modernization. The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery leadership and marketplace visibility.

You will shape proposals, grow the Dutch practice, and mentor consultants while collaborating with EPAM’s engineering, data and AI teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in management consulting or technology advisory.
• Experience in AI-enabled transformation in retail/consumer goods (GenAI).
• Proven track record owning and growing senior client relationships (CTO/CDO/CMO/COO).
• Deep understanding of the retail/consumer goods value chain (product, supply, omnichannel).
• Fluent Dutch and English; able to advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and coaching to develop future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and act as trusted advisor to execs.
• Lead large or multiple engagements from proposal to delivery.
• Shape proposals and develop new client relationships.
• Connect strategy with delivery across EPAM platforms and partnerships.
• Build EPAM Advisory's market reputation and credibility.
• Coach consultants and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
