Job summary

EPAM Systems in Amsterdam, Netherlands, hybrid role, seeks a Client Engagement Lead – Data & AI to own relationships and steer engagements from vision to delivery. Shape data modernization and AI adoption strategies, collaborating with experts to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive presales, identify opportunities, and craft commercially viable proposals while supporting governance, risk management, and client negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing Data & AI programs in consulting or systems integration environments.
• Proven track record in presales, including proposal development and revenue conversion.
• Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders across business and technical domains.
• Strong knowledge of Data & AI ecosystems, cloud platforms, data governance, ML and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders for Data & AI engagements.
• Lead presales activities, shaping proposals and engagement design.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities and securing long-term partnerships.
• Guide engagements from planning through delivery to meet objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical experts on data modernization and AI adoption strategies.
• Promote best practices for data governance and enterprise AI integration.
