Job summary

MSIG Specialty Marine is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer in Rotterdam to provide hands-on IT support for a secure, modern workplace. You will manage Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 services, and Intune-enrolled endpoints while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to continually improve the digital employee experience.

You’ll engage in device provisioning, hybrid collaboration, and security-focused initiatives, helping colleagues stay productive wherever they work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or similar IT support.
• Proficient in Windows 11 in enterprise environments and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with Intune, device provisioning (Autopilot) and Entra ID management.
• Knowledge of cloud-managed workplace tech (Windows 365) and endpoint security.
• Exposure to meeting-room tech, hybrid collaboration and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology incidents and service requests.
• Manage Windows 11 devices and Intune-managed endpoints; support Autopilot deployments.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and collaboration services.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot security, compliance and configuration standards for endpoints.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors for service improvements and deployments.
