Job summary

MSIG Specialty Marine is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to join the IT team in Rotterdam. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable workplace technology and hands‑on support for colleagues across the organisation.

You will work with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 365, and collaboration technologies, ensuring a productive and secure user experience both onsite and remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience with Intune and modern endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality onsite and remote support for workplace technology incidents and service requests.
• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows 11 devices and workplace technologies.
• Support Microsoft Teams and collaboration services including meeting-room tech.
• Manage device onboarding, refresh, replacement and retirement; ensure security/compliance.
• Assist with user provisioning, access requests and licence administration.
