We are looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer to join our IT team in Rotterdam and help deliver a secure, reliable and seamless technology experience for colleagues across the organisation.
This is a hands‑on, business‑facing role for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine focus on customer service. You will work across modern Microsoft technologies, support colleagues with day‑to‑day challenges and help continuously improve the way our people interact with workplace technology.
Working with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 365, endpoint technologies and collaboration tools, you will play an important role in helping our colleagues work productively and securely, wherever they are.
As our Digital Workplace Engineer, you will be a key point of contact between IT and the business, providing both onsite and remote support while helping to develop and improve our modern workplace environment.
You will take ownership of technical issues from initial diagnosis through to resolution, support the full lifecycle of workplace devices and services, and work closely with colleagues across IT, external partners and business stakeholders.
Alongside day‑to‑day support, you will also contribute to technology rollouts, service improvements, automation opportunities and the continued development of our digital employee experience.

You will ideally have 3–5 years’ experience within Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Desktop Support, Workplace Technology or a similar IT support environment.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business, takes ownership of problems and combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine focus on delivering a great user experience.
