Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to join the Workplace Platform team within IT Workplace Services. You will manage and improve our modern workplace using Intune, Windows 11, Defender, and Microsoft 365, while driving automation and AI-driven optimizations.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Intune and Modern Workplace management.
Proficiency in PowerShell, automation, and application deployment.
Experience with endpoint security, compliance, and Windows 11 workplace engineering.
Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and further develop the Modern Workplace environment using Intune, Windows 11, Defender, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
Automate recurring workplace management tasks using CI/CD, PowerShell, Chocolatey, and similar platforms.
Improve endpoint security, compliance, patching, and vulnerability remediation across the workplace environment.
Analyze and resolve complex third-line workplace issues within agreed service levels, aiming for structural improvements.
Contribute to lifecycle management, application deployment, device provisioning, and cloud-first transition of the Modern Workplace.
Integrate AI-driven solutions to optimize processes and drive measurable results.
Identify opportunities where AI reduces manual effort and enhances end-user experience.
