Job summary

Modernspace in Halfweg is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Engineer to own and drive modern workplace, identity, security, and device‑management projects across Europe, US and Asia. You will prioritize initiatives delivering business value and work in a fast-growing manufacturing scale‑up.

You’ll manage Entra ID, Intune, Defender XDR and Purview, implement Zero Trust and support ISO 27001 governance while collaborating with a global team on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience managing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, labels, retention)
• Hybrid Active Directory environments experience
• Strong PowerShell and automation skills
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 controls and documentation
• Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including CA, MFA, SSO
• Support hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID) and Zero Trust implementations
• Configure and maintain Intune for multiple platforms
• Manage MDM/MAM policies, Autopilot, and device onboarding
• Standardize and automate device deployment and configuration
• Collaborate on data governance using Purview and DLP
• Create documentation, runbooks, and end-user guides
