Job summary

MSIG Specialty Marine is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to join our IT team in Rotterdam. You will be the go-to person for onsite and remote support, helping to deliver a secure and seamless digital workplace experience across the organisation.

You will work with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Windows 365, contributing to device provisioning, security and user productivity while collaborating with IT and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience within Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Desktop Support or similar IT support environment.
• Experience with Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and modern endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality onsite and remote support for workplace technology incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system and application issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
