Cognizant Amsterdam is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Deskside Support Engineer to deliver onsite technical support across hardware, software, and user devices in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with third parties, configure BIOS/OS, manage tickets, and ensure conferencing and network services run smoothly at client sites.

You will work five days a week at the client’s Amsterdam office with no hybrid option, supporting VIPs and live events as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering on-site IT support to a business environment.
• Ability to configure BIOS, OS settings, drivers and applications on End User devices.
• Knowledge of VPN, encryption and network connectivity requirements.
• Proven track record coordinating with third-party vendors and escalations.
• Experience supporting video conferencing, conference room devices and AV solutions.
• Strong ticket documentation and request fulfillment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution.
• Perform on-site support for devices, peripherals, and user software.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for installations and escalations.
• Configure and validate BIOS, OS, drivers, and enterprise apps as required.
• Support video/telepresence systems and meeting room panels.
• Assist with live events and provide desk-side support as needed.
• Ensure accurate ticketing and proper handoffs to leaders or managers.
