Job summary

Christian Dior Netherlands in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Deputy Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in leading the sales team and delivering the highest standard of client service. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate events, monitor KPIs, ensure stock accuracy and visual merchandising, and uphold the brand image in every customer interaction.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in luxury store management and fluency in Dutch and English, with a proactive

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of a luxury store within a Retail team management role.
• You have a qualitative and deep understanding of local current potential clients.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
• Demonstration of own initiative.
• Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the sales team.
• Coordinate in-store events and local external events.
• Monitor sales reports and stock levels.
• Oversee window displays and in-store merchandising.
• Provide regular reports and KPI analysis to management.
• Train and develop Sales Associates.
