Job summary
Breitling Amsterdam Boutique is seeking an experienced luxury retail leader to join our squad as a Brand Ambassador and Boutique Manager. You will develop and retain a loyal clientele using Salesforce, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service.
You will drive in-store events, oversee boutique operations, inventory, and merchandising, and align initiatives with brand standards. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with a focus on delivering prestige and personalized client
Qualifications
- 6+ years in luxury retail with at least 3 years in a supervisory/manager role
- Deep understanding of luxury clienteling and long-term client relationships
- Experience leading and motivating sales teams to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service
- Skilled in boutique operations: inventory, visual merchandising, aftersales coordination
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and drive strategy
- Fluent in English and Dutch
Responsibilities
- Act as Brand Ambassador as part of a motivated team
- Build, develop and retain a loyal clientele using CRM tools
- Support in executing boutique events and foster an inclusive atmosphere
- Identify areas of improvement by understanding customer needs and market trends
- Guarantee impeccable after-sales service in line with brand standards
- Translate business goals into team and individual targets
- Monitor daily performance and sales trends
- Coach and mentor the team to improve performance
