Job summary

Breitling Amsterdam Boutique is seeking an experienced luxury retail leader to join our squad as a Brand Ambassador and Boutique Manager. You will develop and retain a loyal clientele using Salesforce, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service.

You will drive in-store events, oversee boutique operations, inventory, and merchandising, and align initiatives with brand standards. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with a focus on delivering prestige and personalized client

Qualifications

• 6+ years in luxury retail with at least 3 years in a supervisory/manager role
• Deep understanding of luxury clienteling and long-term client relationships
• Experience leading and motivating sales teams to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service
• Skilled in boutique operations: inventory, visual merchandising, aftersales coordination
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and drive strategy
• Fluent in English and Dutch

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador as part of a motivated team
• Build, develop and retain a loyal clientele using CRM tools
• Support in executing boutique events and foster an inclusive atmosphere
• Identify areas of improvement by understanding customer needs and market trends
• Guarantee impeccable after-sales service in line with brand standards
• Translate business goals into team and individual targets
• Monitor daily performance and sales trends
• Coach and mentor the team to improve performance
