Lumion is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own and optimize global campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, and SEO. You’ll drive MQLs, nurture prospects, and hand off to sales with clear lifecycle tracking.

You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales in a fast-growing environment. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, campaign pacing with agencies, and measurable impact on revenue in a global market.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing.
• Experience owning MQL-to-SQL progression and pipeline contribution.
• Proven ability to set targets and report revenue impact.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and CAC/CPL optimization.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, and SEO.
• Own delivery and tracking of MQLs and their journey to SQLs.
• Manage agencies and campaign pacing.
• Drive A/B tests and landing page optimization in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales.
• Monitor metrics and deliver quarterly performance reports.
