Job summary

Monks is seeking an Account Executive to join a fast-moving team delivering regional digital assets. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams across Brazil, Buenos Aires and Colombia, managing client briefs and ensuring milestones are met.

You will balance resources, plan workstreams, brief team members, track progress, and present updates to clients. Strong project management, exceptional communication, and English proficiency are essential for success at Monks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising or production.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage launches of digital ad campaigns.
• Fluent English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Manage fast-moving digital creative projects on a regional scale.
• Coordinate with teams in Brazil, Buenos Aires and Colombia to deliver assets.
• Liaise between client leads and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Plan, track and prioritize assignments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Brief team members on objectives and keep stakeholders informed.
