Job summary

Monks is seeking a Project Manager to join a special task force delivering digital advertising assets. You will coordinate fast-moving digital creative projects, liaise between client leads and internal teams, and manage multiple workstreams across Creative, Copywriting, Data, Strategy and Design.

You will balance resources, ensure on-time delivery, and brief teams while keeping stakeholders informed of progress. Experience with English communication and client-facing delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage fast-moving digital creative projects.
• Liaise between client leads and teams to meet milestones.
• Coordinate multiple projects across Creative, Copywriting, Data, Strategy and Design.
• Plan and balance resources and workload to deliver on time.
• Ensure deadlines are met and flag unattainable ones early.
• Brief team on delivery objectives and update stakeholders on progress.
• Schedule, track and prioritize assignments and ensure the right Monks are allocated.
• Evaluate finished projects to improve processes and work streams.
