Job summary

Monks is seeking a strategic Media Operations professional to oversee end-to-end campaign activation across programmatic, social, search, and analytics platforms. You will guide relationships with clients and partners, lead campaigns from planning to execution, and mentor teammates.

Role is remote/hybrid with global collaboration. Applicants should demonstrate strong project management, data literacy in Excel/Sheets, and ability to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency in a minimum of two platforms and basic understanding of one other relevant platform.
• Strong ability to outline, plan, manage projects with clear KPIs and timely delivery.
• Experience in working with data in Excel/Google Sheets and turning insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery and manage client communications and relationships.
• Architect media strategy and lead campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of client media efforts.
• Build trust with clients, review requests, troubleshoot issues on platforms and media execution.
• Collaborate with team members to complete day-to-day tasks for clients and internal efforts.
• Mentor and develop team members and contribute to media trainings and initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of the ad industry landscape and opportunities to grow business with clients.
