Job summary

Vinted Group is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist for Frontend Technologies to join the central data team in Amsterdam. You will ensure frontend architectural changes are evaluated with evidence-based insights, partnering with engineering, design, and analytics to turn complex questions into clear recommendations.

You will own analyses from start to finish, contribute to strategic decisions, and help design experiments to measure impact across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.

Qualifications

• Experienced in decision science or product analytics in a tech environment.
• Strong SQL and Python (or R) for large datasets.
• Proficient in Git and dbt is a plus.
• Able to structure analyses to inform decisions and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics for frontend success and track them.
• Translate technical questions into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and design to evaluate opportunities and baselines.
• Design, monitor, and analyze A/B tests to assess platform changes.
• Share methodologies and standardise tooling within the Data Science & Analytics community.
