Qualifications

• Natural host with guest-first attitude
• Willing to work alternating morning, evening, and night shifts
• Interest in computers and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with a heartfelt smile and provide service at the front desk
• Communicate arrivals and special details to the Desk Manager and other departments
• Handle emails and phone calls during the morning rush
• Prepare handovers and count cash at the end of shift
• Ensure tasks are completed and handover to the evening shift
