Job summary

Studytube BV is seeking a Data Engineer to own the data platform end-to-end in a small data team. You will design, build, and run pipelines converting raw data into trusted models for analytics, reporting, and product features.

You will also work on migrating from Snowflake to Databricks and manage a Databricks on Azure environment with strict security requirements. You will collaborate with data analysts, product managers and engineers, ensuring tests, monitoring and documentation are built in

Qualifications

• About 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a data engineer or analytics engineer in production.
• Not a role with a large platform team behind you; you deliver tested, monitored solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the Snowflake warehouse: ingestion, transformation, modelling and marts.
• Own the Databricks environment on Azure: pipelines, access, cost, daily operations.
• Build end-to-end pipelines that are incremental, idempotent, tested and documented.
• Clean up current architecture, tighten conventions, extend the platform.
• Ingest new sources via Fivetran or custom connectors; handle quirks.
