The program starts in February 2027 and requires professional-level Dutch proficiency. Based in the Netherlands, you will begin as a data engineer and evolve into consultant roles,

Qualifications

• This cross-skilling program is designed for professionals with experience in data, software engineering, or related technical fields who want to develop their skills and grow into stronger Databricks data engineers.
• We are looking for engineers with at least one year of experience who are curious, proactive, and motivated to grow their expertise in data engineering and Databricks.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, cloud platforms, or modern data technologies is a strong advantage.
• The program starts in February 2027!
• Please note: This role is open to candidates based in the Netherlands. Professional-level Dutch proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data-intensive systems on Databricks.
• Design, deploy, and manage data pipelines and platforms at scale.
• Focus on security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of production systems.
• Deepen understanding of modern data engineering, Databricks, and cloud technologies in the first month.
• Transition to consultant work with clients from the second month onward.
• Collaborate with a team committed to growth and knowledge sharing.
