Xebia Group's XDD division seeks a Databricks Data Engineer to build, maintain, and scale data pipelines on Databricks. You will implement foundational data systems to store, transform, and process data at scale, with a focus on security and reliability.

You’ll collaborate with top data professionals across Europe, align design choices, and work long-term with clients in healthcare or banking domains, delivering measurable impact while growing your own expertise in cloud and data platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, workflows).
• Based in the Netherlands; Dutch proficiency at professional level.

Responsibilities

• Implement foundational data systems on Databricks to store, transform, and process data at scale.
• Explain design choices and align team members for data landscape decisions.
• Work long-term with clients in healthcare or banking to deliver meaningful impact; learn from diverse environments.
