Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, business analysis or a comparable role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Willingness to relocate within a 50 km radius of Amstelveen.

Responsibilities

• Track sales performance and budgets, identify deviations and provide insights on root causes, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse market developments, pricing strategies and competitors’ product positioning to support sales decisions.
• Support pricing discussions and negotiations with distributors by providing structured analysis.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to generate insights and prepare reports for decision‑makers.
• Develop, monitor and improve key performance indicators for visibility over sales activities.
• Translate data into clear recommendations to improve sales performance and market positioning.
