Job summary

Eaton in the Netherlands is seeking a Commercial Excellence Leader to strengthen governance, forecasting discipline, and performance reporting across the PDS organisation in EMEA. You will partner with Business Development Managers, Quotation Leaders, Pre-order teams and Commercial Leadership to drive consistency and better decision-making.

You will lead governance activities, establish KPI scorecards, coordinate pipeline and order intake reporting, and push digitalisation and standardisation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, pricing, BI, or business performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial governance, business reviews and performance management across PDS.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards, KPI frameworks and scorecards.
• Coordinate pipeline, forecast and order intake reporting across the commercial organisation.
• Support commercial decision-making through data analysis and leadership reporting.
• Drive pricing governance and deal-approval tracking processes.
• Facilitate win/loss analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardisation and digitalisation.
• Challenge performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
