Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking a Commercial Excellence Leader to strengthen governance, reporting, forecasting discipline, and continuous improvement across the PDS Commercial organisation in EMEA.

You will partner with Business Development Managers, Quotation Leaders, Pre-order teams, Sales Operations and Commercial Leadership to drive data-driven decisions and performance improvements across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in commercial operations or related fields.
• Experience with governance, reporting standards and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial governance activities, business reviews and performance management.
• Establish reporting standards, KPI frameworks and scorecards.
• Coordinate pipeline, forecast and order intake reporting across the commercial organisation.
• Support decision-making through data analysis and insights.
• Drive pricing governance and deal approval tracking.
• Facilitate win/loss analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote data quality and reporting discipline across the organisation.
