Frank Energie is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist based in Barcelona or Amsterdam. You will manage customer tickets, escalate to appropriate departments, and oversee ticket handling for the Danish market.

You will respond to inquiries in Danish and English across email, chat, and phone, collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Development, and contribute to improving processes for an excellent customer experience.
