Job summary

Frank Energie in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Analyst to lead the rollout to Denmark, combining hands-on tasks with product optimization.

You will expand energy products, monitor market signals, coordinate with suppliers, and use SQL to pull data for reports. Native Danish and fluent English are required, Dutch/Flemish a plus. The role offers growth and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expand our energy product to the Danish market.

• Assist in development and brainstorming to improve propositions.
• Use SQL to extract data for reports.
• Support customer service with back-office tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Lead Operations and Management.

About the role

As Operations Analyst – Denmark you will be responsible for the operational rollout to Denmark, therefore knowledge of and experience (as a consumer) with the energy market in Denmark is quite desirable. You will be involved in various aspects of the operation of Frank Energie, with a wide range of responsibilities varying from hands on tasks to product optimizations, such as:

• Expanding our energy product to the Danish market;
• Coordinating and monitoring the energy market signals and communication;
• Checking debtors and handling related customer contacts;
• Regular contact with 3rd parties and other suppliers;
• Assisting in development and brainstorming aimed at improving the propositions of Frank Energie;
• Regularly using SQL to extract data for report preparation and analysis;
• Assisting customer service with back-office related matters;
• Working closely with our Lead Operations and Management Team.

What do you bring?

• Preferably 2+ years of work experience in operations or a similar role;
• Experienced in taking on projects independently;
• Preferably work experience with SQL (Python is a plus);
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Excel;
• Native in Danish, fluent in English (Dutch/Flemish is a plus);
• Ambition, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast.
