Job summary

elockers, a Netherlands-based technology partner behind smart locker solutions, seeks a Sales Manager (FR) to expand across France and other French-speaking markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with venue operators, and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Working with marketing, operations and product teams, you will translate market needs into opportunities and help shape growth in the French-speaking region.

Qualifications

• Native-level French and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven track record in sales or business development.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter mindset in a remote-first setup.
• Affinity with tech-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with nightlife, festival, stadium or music events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across France and other French-speaking markets in Europe.
• Build relationships and guide prospects through full sales journey, from first demo to onboarding and on-site support.
• Negotiate and close deals with event organisers and venue owners or operators.
• Document client needs in our CRM (Teamleader) for smooth handover to Operations.
• Support contract renewals with existing clients when needed.
• Represent elockers at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
• Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams.
• Support the Operations team with office-based and on-site assistance when needed.
