Job summary

elockers is expanding its UK presence and seeks a Sales Manager to drive new business with venue operators and event organisers. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, leveraging a remote-first setup to build strong relationships across the live entertainment sector.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to translate market needs into opportunities, shaping growth in the UK market and beyond.

Qualifications

• Native-level English is required.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in event tech or related spaces.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter mindset; comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup.
• Affinity with tech-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with nightlife, festivals, stadiums or music events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across the United Kingdom.
• Build relationships and guide prospects through the full sales journey from first contact to onboarding and on-site support when needed.
• Negotiate and close deals with event organisers and venue operators.
• Document client needs in the CRM system (Teamleader) for smooth handover to Operations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support contract renewals.
• Represent elockers at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
• Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams.
• Support Operations with office-based and on-site assistance when required.
